Legacy Lies

A murdered father.

A coded watch.

$20 billion lost at sea.

A secret society rewriting history.

In 1708, the Santo Domingo, flagship of Spain’s legendary Silver Fleet, vanished during a battle with the British. History claims she sank with a fortune in gold and silver meant to secure the Bourbon King’s throne. In truth, she carried something far more dangerous—something Apollo’s Men, a shadowy brotherhood, would kill to keep hidden.

Fast forward 300 years. Colombian-American Carlos Mejia’s life shatters when his father is murdered while protecting an antique watch. The ship and its contents, now valued at $20 billion, have become the subject of a legal battle among three government entities.

Simultaneously, an unknown benefactor has engaged the Artifact Retrieval and Collection Hub (A.R.C.H.), a private sector company, to locate the treasure.

The plot thickens when a rogue ex-employee of ARCH, driven by a desire for glory and personal gain, jeopardizes everything. With a tip on the galleon’s location, he is determined to claim the treasure for himself, even if it means eliminating anyone who stands in his way, including Carlos’s father.

Told in alternating timelines between the present and the early 1700s, Legacy Lies weaves a gripping adventure of love, betrayal, and legacy.
